We need to look at our projects through a vulnerable lens to see imperfections, pre-empt design oversights, and let go of personal defence mechanisms that interfere with the creative process. I work to give teams the tools to free project teams to express true creativity, to bond, and to connect at a deeper level with each other and the people using our products and designs.
Leading up to my session at UX Fest in Boston I chatted with the guys at The Dirt podcast about how conflict is the key to creating great user experiences. I also tell a story or two.
